Beyond accounting data
In an organisation managing tenders, contracts, suppliers and distributed activities, financial data often arrives after the work. Timely decisions require an understanding of how each case moves across roles, documents and systems and which information makes progress visible.
Mapping the value chain
The engagement connected active and passive cycles, from contract acquisition to delivery and reporting. Activities, responsibilities, timing and costs were brought into a shared information structure supporting both management and the people handling each case.
From process to indicators
The analysis considered the full value chain: opportunities and tenders, activation of the operating network, service delivery, activity evidence and reporting. Connecting these stages makes it possible to design indicators that are more than retrospective snapshots: they help management understand workload, progress and margins. Business Intelligence is therefore linked to precise management questions and to the quality of the information feeding each view.
Project design and incentive measure
The project documentation covers 2020–2021 and frames the engagement as consulting, document production and support for the incentive application. The measure accompanied the definition of the initiative: objectives, activities and technology priorities were described in line with the company’s operating journey, while keeping consulting design separate from implementation work assigned to suppliers.
Project360’s contribution
Project360 provided cross-functional technology consulting, document production, support for the incentive application and consulting coordination with suppliers. Distributed needs became readable requirements and priorities.
Transferable value
Effective management control makes the path that generates each indicator traceable and provides a stronger basis for integration, automation and capacity planning.
The same logic applies to other service organisations working through contracts, tenders or delivery networks. Before selecting dashboards or software modules, it is necessary to define which events produce each data point, who owns it and how often it must be updated. This connection between operations and management insight is what keeps the system useful over time.
