Choice and prior blocking
The site uses Google Analytics 4 only after a positive choice for the Analytics category. Before consent, the remote Google Analytics code is blocked: gtag.js is not downloaded, no events are sent and no Analytics cookies are set.
The banner uses generic categories and, in the current configuration, allows visitors to accept or reject the analytics category. Refusal does not restrict browsing. The preference can be changed at any time through Manage cookies in the footer. On revocation, the site updates Consent Mode v2 and attempts to delete accessible Analytics cookies.
Local storage
The site uses browser local storage for technical preferences only:
p360-themestores the selected light or dark theme;p360-localestores the selected language;p360-consent-v1stores the choice version, analytics-category preference and update date.
These values are needed to apply the visitor’s choices, remain on the device and are not used for advertising or profiling. Clearing site data causes the banner to be shown again.
Google Analytics 4
After consent to Analytics, Google Analytics 4 is loaded with measurement ID G-MZKWSYM03L. It may set cookies including:
_ga, used to distinguish visitors, normally with a maximum duration of 2 years;_ga_<container-id>, used to maintain session state, normally with a maximum duration of 2 years.
Names and durations may change under the provider’s configuration or documentation. Google Signals, advertising personalisation and advertising storage are disabled. This category is used only for statistics and relies on consent.

Support Board Cloud
The site loads the Support Board widget from cloud.board.support using Project360’s account identifier. Loading the widget is not controlled by the site banner’s analytics category. Support Board displays its own privacy message before the visitor starts using the conversation. The service may use cookies, local storage or technical identifiers to provide and maintain the chat session. Information voluntarily entered in the conversation is processed to respond to the enquiry and may be transmitted to OpenAI to generate the chatbot response. Chatbot training is disabled.
The specific privacy-message settings, identifiers and retention periods must be reviewed in the Support Board panel before final publication. The official documentation describes the cloud installation and privacy options: Support Board documentation.
Hosting logs
The static frontend sets no first-party HTTP cookies before consent. The hosting provider may create technical logs for delivery, security and diagnostics.
Future changes
This policy will be updated before embedded third-party services, accounts, payments or other non-essential storage technologies are introduced. Non-essential tools will remain disabled until suitable information and consent are provided.
