Data processed while browsing
The current site is static. It has no personal area, proprietary server-side form, upload or payment function. Contact links open the visitor’s email application; the site does not intercept or store the message. The support chat is a separate optional service described below.
The hosting infrastructure may generate technical logs including IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser information and diagnostics. These data may be processed to deliver and secure the service, prevent abuse and resolve faults.
Google Analytics 4 measurement
With prior consent, the site uses Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-MZKWSYM03L, to produce aggregate statistics about page usage. Device and browser information, visited pages, interactions, approximate origin and the IP address during technical transmission may be processed. Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.
The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Before a choice is made, the Google tag is blocked and no request is sent to Google Analytics. Consent can be refused without limiting the site and changed at any time through Manage cookies in the footer.
Google Signals and advertising personalisation signals are disabled. Consent Mode v2 parameters for advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied. Before final publication, Project360 must set a retention period in the Analytics property that is consistent with this notice.
Support Board chat and chatbot
The site loads the Support Board cloud widget from cloud.board.support. The widget enables interaction with the chatbot and, where enabled in the service configuration, support agents. Loading may involve processing technical connection data such as the IP address and browser information. Messages, information, files and contact details are processed when the visitor chooses to use the chat and submit them.
Support Board displays its own privacy message and the required controls before a visitor starts using the conversation. Visitors can browse the website without opening or using the chat. Voluntarily submitted data are processed to answer the enquiry and, where relevant, take pre-contractual steps requested by the visitor. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive or confidential information in the chat.
Response generation with OpenAI
The chatbot uses OpenAI as its language model through the integration configured in Support Board Cloud. Text entered by the visitor and the conversation context needed to answer may therefore be transmitted to Support Board and OpenAI to generate a response. Chatbot training is disabled: Project360 does not add conversations to the bot’s training sources or knowledge base.
OpenAI states that data submitted to its API platform are not used to train or improve its models unless the customer explicitly opts in. Depending on the technical configuration and endpoint used, content and metadata may still be retained temporarily for security, abuse prevention or service operation. Do not enter secrets, credentials, sensitive data or unnecessary information in the chat. See OpenAI’s business data information and the API platform data controls.
Data provided by email
If you contact us, Project360 processes the information and attachments you provide to respond, assess a possible project or professional relationship and take requested pre-contractual steps. Please avoid unnecessary data or special categories of personal data unless required and agreed.
Applicable legal bases may include pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, performance of a contract, legal obligations and the controller’s legitimate interest in system security and protection.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by authorised personnel and providers needed for hosting, email, Support Board Cloud, OpenAI and IT support, appointed as processors where required. Google Ireland Limited provides Analytics, and technical information may also be processed by other Google group companies. Data may be disclosed to advisers or authorities where required by law. Project360 does not sell data or use the site for advertising profiles.
Google, Support Board Cloud and OpenAI services may involve processing or transfers outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers must rely on GDPR mechanisms such as applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Retention and rights
Technical logs will be retained only as needed for service security and operation under the chosen provider’s configuration. Email and chat enquiries will be kept for the time required to respond and manage the relationship, or longer where legal, tax, contractual or legal-claims obligations apply. Support Board retention settings must be reviewed and configured before final publication.

Updates
This notice describes the static frontend, consent-based Analytics, and the Support Board chat with its own internal privacy flow and OpenAI processing. It will be updated before forms, accounts, CMS functions, service purchases, automation or further integrations are enabled.
