Purpose and scope
This code describes the principles Project360 uses in its professional activities and in relationships with clients, suppliers, partners and collaborators. It applies to decisions, project delivery, communication and the handling of information.
Integrity and transparency
We communicate capabilities, responsibilities, costs, constraints and project status clearly. We do not promise funding, technical outcomes or savings that cannot be supported by evidence. Potential conflicts of interest are identified and managed openly.
Client interest and professional independence
Recommendations are based on the client’s objectives and context. Technology, suppliers and funding instruments are assessed for their suitability rather than promoted as ends in themselves.
Confidentiality and information
Business, technical and personal information is used only for agreed purposes and protected with measures proportionate to its sensitivity. Access is limited to people who need it for the work. Client names, project details and personal references are not published without appropriate authority.
Quality and accountability
We define responsibilities, document material decisions and make risks and limitations visible. Specialist work is assigned to people with appropriate expertise, while Project360 coordinates contributions within the agreed project scope.
Fair relationships
We treat people with respect and reject discrimination, harassment, corruption and improper influence. Suppliers and partners are selected on competence, reliability and fit with the project.
Technology, AI and security
Technology and AI are used with human oversight, appropriate verification and attention to data protection, intellectual property and security. Security requirements are considered throughout design and delivery.
