Give structure to an early idea
Social-innovation projects combine impact, sustainability and the ability to engage different stakeholders. In the early stages these elements need to become verifiable hypotheses and a journey that partners and support programmes can assess.
From concept to initial evidence
The process translates the idea into audiences, needs, requirements and priorities. A proportionate prototype makes the service observable, while the business plan, pitch and indicators connect activities, resources and expected outcomes.
Design starts from the problem and intended audiences, clarifies the value proposition and identifies assumptions to test. Prototype, business plan and pitch become coherent representations of the same project: the first makes the experience observable, the second connects activities and resources, and the third communicates value and next steps. Indicators and feedback allow the design to evolve without losing direction.
Support programmes and applications
In 2019, the engagement covered support programmes and competitions for social-impact initiatives. Project360 prepared applications and coordinated concept definition, prototyping, planning and narrative. Programme requirements and project quality were addressed together, producing materials that could also support discussions with partners and investors.
Project360’s contribution
Project360 contributes concept definition, prototype design, business planning, pitch development and application preparation. The direction combines technology, project and financial skills and supports dialogue with specialist partners.
Transferable value
A structured journey uses the support programme as a validation opportunity and creates a clearer, more coherent project that is ready for its next step.
The method is particularly useful when the project involves stakeholders with different languages: technology teams, local partners, institutions and potential funders. A shared base of requirements, prototypes and evidence makes discussions more concrete and helps distribute responsibilities and next activities without losing the initiative’s social purpose.
Funding and project development
The initiatives supported in the Lifebility Award and Lions International context received cash grants totalling €30,000. This amount covers the initiatives collectively: service design and business planning help each team turn a social need into a sustainable path.
