A building made of different systems
The project involved residential units, shared spaces and technical equipment with different protocols and responsibilities. The goal was to make them work as one understandable system.
Functional design before configuration
Requirements were organised around scenarios, users, access levels, data and expected behaviour. This created a common reference for installers, technology suppliers and supervision development.
Hybrid integration and supervision
KNX field automation was connected with services and interfaces through an integration layer using MQTT. The resulting supervision supports comfort, controls and environmental awareness without exposing the complexity underneath.
A transferable method
The case demonstrates Project360’s ability to connect technical design, supplier coordination, project documentation and the broader investment framework. Images below are the original public project materials and have not been altered.
