From service to digital product
An idea focused on personal wellbeing must connect its value proposition, usage model and economic sustainability. Design clearly separates support for everyday habits and performance from healthcare or clinical functions.
Organise the experience around the individual
The concept connected plans, activities, content and usage feedback. Application functions, delivery methods and development hypotheses were connected to an economic model and roadmap, defining a first verifiable product.
What was studied
The analysis organised plans, activities, content and usage data around concrete moments in the experience. It considered access, continuity of interaction, feedback and ways to adapt the journey. The perimeter remains everyday wellbeing and performance: this choice guides language, functions and partnerships and helps define the first product to validate more precisely.
Research, development and sustainability
In 2019, Project360 worked on framing the R&D project, technical-economic analysis and business planning. Its contribution connected product hypotheses, costs, stages and required skills, creating a basis for deciding development and assessing suitable support instruments.
Project360’s contribution
Project360 handled technical and economic analysis, business planning and the contextualisation of the research and development project. The consulting work integrated the service vision, digital requirements and the sustainability of the journey.
Transferable value
Feasibility comes from aligning experience, technology and the operating model. An explicit non-clinical perimeter supports coherent feature design and helps identify the skills, checks and partnerships required.
This structure is transferable to other digital wellbeing services. Defining the functional boundary early supports coherent choices about data, interactions and partnerships, a clear onboarding journey and precise user hypotheses to test. The roadmap can then grow through evidence while keeping product and operating model aligned.
It also gives future suppliers and specialist partners a shared basis for estimating effort, responsibilities and integration needs.
Funding and project development
The initiative benefited from two separate instruments: a €50,000 non-repayable grant under MISE support and a €120,000 subsidised loan through Invitalia for research and development. The grant supports investment, while the loan also shapes financial planning and repayment schedules.
